Jayaprakash (JP) Muthusamy is the Founder and CEO of Borderless CS, as well as the Chair of the Board of Directors at CyberYouth Australia Limited. Borderless CS is committed to providing innovative security solutions that safeguard businesses against the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats. With more than 28 years of leadership experience, JP is widely recognized as a visionary cybersecurity strategist. He has built a strong reputation for guiding organizations through complex security challenges, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are seamlessly aligned with broader business objectives.

A seasoned expert in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance, JP has successfully led high-performance teams, developed robust security architectures, and executed large-scale cybersecurity programs across multiple industries. His expertise spans network security, digital forensics, cloud security, intrusion detection, ethical hacking, and machine learning-powered security analytics.

Beyond his executive leadership, JP is deeply committed to building a strong cybersecurity culture in Australia and beyond. He is a passionate advocate for cyber education, mentorship, and workforce development, empowering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. Joel Abraham is a seasoned regulatory executive and board director with over 15 years of leadership experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Regulatory Centre (APRC), where he leads regional initiatives focused on strengthening regulatory capacity in digital markets, energy, financial services, and cross-border data governance.

Previously, Joel served as CEO of the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC) and Board Chair of the ICT Subcommittee for the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF). In these roles, he spearheaded enterprise-level technology reforms, digital risk management strategies, and ICT governance across large-scale commercial assets, including Fiji’s major hospitality and infrastructure subsidiaries.

A recognised leader in digital consumer protection and cybersecurity, Joel has championed policies addressing online scams, algorithmic manipulation, and deceptive digital practices. His governance expertise spans key sectors, including healthcare, energy, and finance, with board roles at Aspen Medical (Fiji), Fiji Meat Industry Board, and several hotel and resort portfolios.

Joel brings a unique blend of regulatory insight, strategic oversight, and digital transformation expertise — making him a trusted advisor on the intersection of cybersecurity, digital economy governance, and cross-border technology risks.

Dr. Susan McGinty is a globally recognised and award-winning expert in STEM and Security leadership development, with over 25 years of experience in Defence,

National Security, and STEM. She holds a PhD in Chemistry and a Master of Leadership and is the Founder & CEO of Aya Leadership.

Dr. McGinty is dedicated to fostering diverse and sustainable leadership pipelines, empowering women in STEM, and enhancing leadership capabilities across industries.

She is an award-winning scientist,mentor, executive coach, author, and strategic advisor, working with organisations worldwide to drive innovation and inclusivity in leadership.

Dr. Garry Delmenico is a seasoned IT Infrastructure Portfolio Manager with global experience across Financial, Retail and IT Service industries.

He has strong financial skills together with expertise in infrastructure project delivery, project portfolio and program management, contract management, and business process improvement.

With a track record of leading project management teams and driving successful outcomes, Garry brings nearly 40 years of IT experience to the advisory board of Borderless CS.

Bharat Bajaj

With over two decades of banking and finance sector experience, Bharat is a seasoned Technology Risk professional renowned for his strategic and pragmatic approach to addressing technology and business challenges. Bharat’s extensive expertise spans the critical domains of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Risk Management. His career has been distinguished by his ability to navigate and mitigate risks in these dynamic fields, delivering robust solutions that align with business goals.

Holding a Bachelor in Information Technology and a suite of industry certifications, including ISACA’s CRISC, CISM, and CDPSE, Bharat is passionate to build the next generation of risk professionals through mentoring and education. As a Board Director at ISACA Melbourne chapter, Bharat strategized certification program expansion beyond the chapter’s geographical boundaries. Many Information Technology professional across the globe benefited from attending the Bharat’s certification program.

Bharat has made significant contributions to three of Australia’s largest financial institutions, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience on complex risk management practices. Bharat has been instrumental in identifying and implementing controls to meet regulatory and information security compliances, e.g. CPS230, PCI DSS, GDPR. Bharat currently supports CBA Artificial Intelligence strategy and driving Risk Management practices to enhance innovation, operational uplift and resilience while keeping the bank safe.

Dr. Paul Black works as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Cybersecurity at the Internet Commerce Security Lab (ICSL) at Federation University. Since completing his PhD, Paul has won two AI for Decision Making (AI4DM) grants with the Defence Science Institute. Paul’s PhD topic was Techniques for the Reverse Engineering of Banking Malware. He started his career as a programmer in 1981, and has previously worked in state and federal law enforcement and for the US based Phishlabs company. He helps to organise the Malware & Reverse Engineering (MRE) conference, BSides Ballarat, and the Ballarat Cybersecurity Meetup.
